Matt Donnelly - Owner
Under Matt’s guidance The Maids has grown steadily since opening in 1995. Matt and his team operate under a simple guideline of striving to provide each individual customer with friendly, reliable, high quality cleaning service. While always an active hands on business owner, Matt has also developed a reputation as an industry expert.
Matt is a lifelong Massachusetts resident and a graduate of Bentley College, where he met his wife Kathy. They live locally with their two young children.
Customer Service Team
Tara Colwell, Katie Fillmore, Kelley Lawrence, and Chylee Corriea make up our stellar customer service team. They are responsible for sales, scheduling, and customer service.
Equipped with great customer service skills, experience, networked software and GPS tracking they are ready to provide up to date information and support! In fact, 3 out of 4 started with The Maids on our cleaning teams, learning about professional cleaning and exceeding our customers’ expectations from the ground up.
Field Support Team
Team Operations Manager, Bailey Terry, along with Field Managers Enma Gonzalez and Niurka Perozo oversee team management, training, and quality. Having a combined 27 years experience with The Maids, they are dedicated to making sure our teams provide the highest quality of service, while having fun doing it!
